After Pakistan and China, which country is the most hostile towards India?

• I would go with Turkey. Turkey is still the 2nd most dependable ally of Pakistan after China and doesn’t maintain very good relationship with India.
• Turkey has offered assistance to solve the Kashmir issue many times and it has always raised Kashmir on OIC (Organization of Islamic Cooperation) summits.
• Turkey government fully supports Pakistan’s position on Jammu and Kashmir.
• Turkey has always opposed Indian entry into OIC despite the fact that India hosts 2nd largest Muslim population in the world.
• In NSG, Turkey supported the Chinese idea of a criteria-based approach for non-Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) member states, intended to accommodate Pakistan.
• Turkey & Pakistan are part of the Uniting for Consensus group which opposes the idea of adding new permanent members in United Nations Security Council.
• The problem with Turkey is that it has failed to detach its relationship with India to its relations with Pakistan. Saudi Arabia and UAE are traditionally strong pro-Pak countries but still they have maintained a strong relationship with India. India & Turkey are not enemies but they are not good friends either.
• Numerous Turkish invaders (starting from Mahmud of Ghazni, Muhammad of Ghor and Alauddin Khilji to Nader Shah had invaded, looted, murdered hundreds of thousands of native Indians and ruled India.
•  Turkey supported Pakistan’s version on Pulwama Terror Attack and opposed Indian Air strikes on Pak based terror camps.
