Why out of court settlement is the best way to solve Ram Mandir- Babri Masjid issue

I received many whatsapp messages last Saturday by BJP supporters that a Ram temple would be built soon in Ayodhya by the newly appointment UP CM Yogi Adityanath. Even opposition parties want BJP to start talking about building Ram temple (Mandir), so that they can accuse Modi of deviating from development agenda. Even Supreme Court has suggested out of court settlement for the Babri Masjid- Ram Madir issue. So what is the practical & likely solution of the problem?
Can BJP build temple at the disputed site? The answer is absolutely no. They may well start building Ram Museum in Ayodhya (20 Km away from the disputed site) soon. Many Modi supporters expect that BJP can promulgate ordinance to override judicial process paving way for temple construction. But there are many hurdles. Such ordinance can be struck down by Supreme Court and it will be extremely difficult to get it passes in Rajya Sabha. Another legal hurdle is “The Acquisition of Certain Area at Ayodhya Act of 1993”. By doing this Modi can lose a sizable chunk of supporters who have voted for him on issue of development. Any such action of building may create panic among minorities and it will open a Pandora box. After Ayodhya, the demand for temple construction in many places in Mathura, Kashi and thousands of other places. India can’t afford to go back in the uncertain days of early 90s. Medieval invaders may have destroyed thousands of temples but that doesn’t mean that we in 21st century should do the same. Muslims have lived in India for thousand years and they have equal rights as other fellow Indians. Correction mistakes of past by doing another mistake in present is the most foolish thing.
I am a devoted Hindu. But for me development of India, income security for my family & fellow Indians, food for 1.3 billion Indians, school for all children & medicine for all Indians etc. are more important than ram temple in Ayodhya. I would like to see a temple there but not at the cost of hurting feelings of my Muslim brothers or development of India. So what should be the solution? If out of court settlement is followed as suggested by Supreme Court, then I would suggest that we should make a grand School at the disputed site. And the school should be free for all children below poverty line irrespective of caste, religion, community etc. That school will teach the value of humanity to children. And a temple & mosque should be built nearby. I would be very happy to see a Ram mandir in Ayodhya even if it is just beside the disputed land. We should have an acceptable solution for all. All the concern parties should understand the feelings of others & give concession to fellow Indians. This is a dispute between Indian brothers & sisters. Why can’t we sit and solve within our own Indian family ?

I think Modi has a historical responsibility to settle the issue once for all. It can be out of court settlement or a court verdict (if out of court settlement fails). Even if the decision is settled by court order, we all should respect the verdict. We can’t drag on the Ayodhya issue for long time. The court case is pending since decades and let us not drag it further. Hundreds of Indians have died in this dispute directly in Ayodhya or riots caused by this dispute. Our blood is very precious. We must not waste it in religious conflicts. All the religion give the message of humanity. Let humanity prevail in this dispute.
